Remember, forming a new habit takes consistency and patience. We’ve all heard that it takes about 21 days for a new activity to become a habit, but research suggests it might actually take closer to 66, so, give yourself grace and patience. Instead of expecting change by January 21st, let's aim to check in on those resolutions around March 7th and see what progress we’ve made. This process is all about daily commitment to adding joy and fun to your life, gradually making it a natural part of your routine.
